Redopapers creates circular stationery from surplus materials. We transform leftovers from the graphic industry into unique planners, notebooks, and agendas. We are a small company with big ambitions. To steer our growth in the right direction, we are looking for an Office & Customer Care Manager who can bring structure, tie up loose ends, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

What will you do? 

Delight customers – You are the first point of contact for our amazing customers: online shoppers, businesses, organizations, and sales platforms. You ensure smooth order processing and handle inquiries with care.

Maintain administrative order – From managing inboxes and logistics to stock management, calendar coordination, and reporting—you keep an eye on everything and make sure all details are correct.

Create structure and efficiency – You bring order to our internal processes and implement new systems to help us work smarter and faster.

Support the team – From planning to communication, you assist the team wherever needed so that everyone can play to their strengths.

Who are we looking for? 

  • You are an administrative organizational talent, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
  • Service-minded: You gain energy from supporting and unburdening others, seamlessly combining administration with human interaction.
  • You love creating structure, clarity, and focus amidst chaos. Your favorite Redopapers product is undoubtedly one of our planners.
  • You are open to new technologies and quickly adapt to different tools.
  • Your Dutch is excellent, and you can easily switch to English when needed.
  • You thrive in a small, creative team where you work independently.

Additionally, you can expect:

  • A permanent contract (4/5th - 32 hours), a 3/5 contract is also discussable
