Your orders just got a little more love. Here's why.

Your orders just got a little more love. Here's why.

At Redopapers, we like to share how we work: what's going well, what we're learning, and why we make certain choices. This is one of those moments.

From this week, we're working with a new partner for packing our webshop orders: Paxure, the e-fulfilment division of sheltered workshop Kaliber. And when your next package arrives, a little bit of their story will be inside it.

Working with people who make a difference

A few years ago, we moved our webshop logistics from in-house to an external fulfilment centre. Practical, efficient, but somewhere something was missing. Because at Redopapers, we've worked with people who face barriers to the regular labour market from the very beginning. That's part of who we are.

So when this part of our business started to grow, the question felt pretty natural: could we organise this too from that same social perspective?

The answer is yes.

Lars spent months searching, talking and comparing systems. And in Paxure, he found exactly that: a team that doesn't focus on what someone can't do, but on what they can contribute.

An extra step in the process is no burden to them. It's a chance to do something with more care.

What you'll notice

Every webshop order will now be packed at our dedicated inpakstation at Paxure, fully set up with our zero-waste materials. Our second-chance boxes, silk paper and leftover materials: everything is supplied so the packaging itself comes from what's left over.

The result? Packages that look even better and arrive better protected. More material around the product means less chance of damage and a nicer unboxing moment for you.

Proud of our local social impact

Creating local employment is a goal at Redopapers. We work with 100% local partners: printers, bookbinders and sewing ateliers. Our notebook and agenda sleeves are currently sewn by a local sewing atelier, already accounting for 15% of our socially meaningful employment.

With the move to Paxure, we're raising that to 55%. And we're proud of that.

At Redopapers, we try to hold every choice up against who we want to be. Saving reclaimed paper is one thing. But also thinking about who packs those packages feels just as important to us.

We're happy with our new logistics partner Paxure. And we hope you'll feel that too, the moment your package arrives.
