We Redopapers

Van papierafval tot unieke plan en schrijfwaren

Waste as a new start

Redopapers starts from waste. We turn the common production model upside down. First we look for available waste streams, then we start designing our product. Makes sense, right?

Our paper product line ranges from planners and to-do lists to note and sketchbooks. Sustainability is our core: all our products are made with paper saved from the landfill.

Passion for paper

Redopapers was founded by Tille and Linde, two graphic designers. They share a passion for paper, design and sustainable entrepreneurship. Redopapers designs practical and beautiful paper tools, made from the collected paper waste. The products are known for their minimalistic design.

Waste is unpredictable. That is why nobody will ever own the same paper goods. It is incredibly exciting to cut out different posters each time. The result that emerges is always surprising. Every product is unique.

Local and human

Redopapers does everything locally. Our raw materials come from local print companies and cultural houses. Almost all the steps in our production process take place in Antwerp. We use existing transportation routes and only ship within Europe. We do as much as possible by bicycle or we use a shared car.

Redopapers cooperates with non-profit organisation Katrinahof, Koca and the ZNA Psychiatric Hospital Stuivenberg. People in a socially vulnerable position help us in our studio. We provide defined tasks, based on their personal talents. They are an essential link in our production process.

Our partners

At print company Zwartopwit, we print our designs directly on paper waste. This means an enormous gain of time for Redopapers and above all: less paper waste.

Redopapers also recycles banners and posters from cultural houses such as STUK, DE SINGEL and De Studio. These cultural centers work together with talented designers who create interesting and typographically beautiful compositions. Their artistic work is given new life after an event, in the shape of beautiful and useful stationery.

Their waste becomes our resource.
